What does it cost to join in?

There is nothing to pay for our club runs in Alcester; it is free to join in. There is a £4 fee for each track session (£2 for members). It is not essential to be a member to join our runs, but many do choose to join us. 

 

How do I join in?

You can join our runs through our Run Alcester Facebook page or contact us here for other ways to sign up to a run. We run a poll on Facebook before each run so we know who to expect and can ensure we wait for everyone

 

How fast do I need to be?

Our Monday and Wednesday track sessions in Stratford are perfect for all abilities. The sessions are designed to cater for all speeds and distances. You run at your pace and are never far from the start!

 

The pace of our Monday night social run in Alcester usually averages between 9-11 minute miles / 5:30-7:00 minute kms.

 

What do I need to bring?

Your ICE (In Case of Emergency) details just in case! In the Winter – please wear Hi-Viz and a head torch. In the Summer – please bring water.

You can find us on the floodlit track behind the sports hall and at the far end past the hockey pitch.
